Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Djola, LLC, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide an after-school academy integrating STEM learning and basketball based engagement for 2nd and 3rd grade students, operating twice per week for 90 minutes per session, with a 12-1 instructor to student ratio, and including LEGO Robotics, hands-on science labs, and sports-based physical activities aligned with Common Core Math and Next Generation Science Standards at East Oakland Pride Elementary School, for the period of January 13, 2026 through May 28, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $28,183.00.
