Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and East Bay Asian Youth Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide mentorship and support for TK-5th grade students during recess and other unstructured times, with a strong emphasis on social-emotional learning (SEL), leadership development, and positive relationship-building, as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth at Franklin Elementary School, for the period of September 8, 2025 through May 27, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $13,500.00.
