Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Individual Service Agreement to the Master Memorandum of Understanding between District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to provide additional Option B-1H Menu of Services, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, to enhance the current comprehensive after school program that serves approximately 300 students daily, in the additional amount not to $28,781.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $121,464.00 to $150,245.00, for the period July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012, at Elmhurst Community Preparatory Academy. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
