Approval and support by the State Administrator of a Grant Application made by Jumpstart for Young Children, Inc. to the City of Oakland Fund for Children and Youth seeking funding to enhance language development, literacy and social skills at Centro Infantil de la Raza Early Childhood Education Center in the amount of $60,000.00, for the period July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009 and, if awarded, in whole or in part, to accept same pursuant to terms and conditions thereof, if any.
