Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2026-2027 by and between the District and Ball for Life Oakland LLC, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide a structured physical education and recess program for the students to enhance student engagement, and create a safe and inclusive playground environment; provide active supervision support, organized games, and promote teamwork at Reach Academy, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period of August 10, 2026 through May 27, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $35,000.00.
