Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, General Services Agreement by and between the District and ACC Environmental Consultants, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide hazardous materials management, air monitoring, environmental sampling, and technical oversight services for the three portable structures damaged by fire, as outlined in the Proposal dated October 13, 2025, attached to this Amendment as Exhibit A, for the Ralph J. Bunche Demolition Project, pursuant to the Resolution No. 2425-0132.1F, in the additional amount of $100,000.00, increasing the Agreement not-to-exceed amount from $133,304.20 to 233,304.20. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
