Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and East Bay Asian Youth Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide two dedicated after school staff members for After-School Reading Buddies, plus program management, technology support, data analysis, reading and break materials, and general oversight throughout the program and access to BookNook digital literacy platform and supplementary literacy supports, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Franklin Elementary School, for the period of September 8, 2025 through May 27, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $5,000.00.
