Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 3, Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and Arntz Builders, Inc., Petaluma, CA, for additional construction services which includes PCO's 26 and 28, and 30-46 to be ratified for various contract changes. Constructing new two-story building for District Staff, for the Cole Campus Central Administration Center Project, in the amount of $726,923.26, increasing the contract price from $39,298,940.56 to $40,025,763.82. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
