Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, General Services Agreement by and between the District and ACC Environmental Consultants, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to conduct a pre-renovation hazardous materials survey, as outlined in the Proposal dated April 14, 2025, which is attached to Amendment as Exhibit A (assessing accessible interior, exterior, and roofing areas for asbestos and lead), for the MLA at Maxwell Park Campus New Classroom Building Modernization Project, in an additional amount of $14,727,50, increasing the Agreement's not-to-exceed amount from $10,169.50, to $24,442.50, and extending the term of the Agreement from April 10, 2025, through June 30, 2025, to June 30, 2028, an (additional 1,096 days). All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
