Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Heart Start CPR, San Ramon, CA, for the latter to amend the scope of work to train 27 teachers and staff in CPR and first aid, at a now lower discounted group rate per person from $65.00 to $60.00, for the period of December 12, 2023 through May 24, 2024, in the additional amount of $840.00, increasing the Agreement from $780.00, to an amount not to exceed $1,620.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
