Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 of Professional Services Contract between District and Margaret Dunlap, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional 1055.8 hours of support to provide coordination of school-wide positive climate resources to sites, including resources for bully prevention, school-wide discipline and classroom management; provide coordination of services to sites implementing Caring School Community, and assist with program evaluation and expansion; identify site needs and coordinate positive climate services, including facilitation of cross-department partnerships, for the period of July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010, for an additional amount of $11,800.00, increasing the original contract amount from $60,000.00 to $71,800.00. All other terms and conditions remaining in full force and effect.
