Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Agreement for Agreement for Inspector of Record Services for Construction by and between the District and King Construction Inspection, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional Inspector of record services due to unforeseen site conditions, including project delays and increased costs associated with the fencing scope for the Turf Field Replacement Project at ICS-TCN at Cesar Chavez Elementary School, as outlined in the Proposal dated February 13, 2025, attached to this Amendment as Exhibit A, in an additional amount of $7,016.26, increasing Agreement's not-to-exceed amount from $23,387.50 to $30,403.76, via the Division of Facilities Planning and Management. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
