Approval by the Board of Education of the Construction Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and Tulum Innovative Engineering, Inc., Oakland, CA, for, latter to provide construction services which consist of repairing the light pole in the play yard and staff parking lot, including utility scanning, and directional boring at 3 locations, for the Martin Luther King Jr. Elementary School Site Improvement Project, in the total amount of $58,680.00, with the work scheduled to commence on January 15, 2026, and scheduled to last until February 27, 2026.
