Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Construction Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and Apex Refrigeration Corporation, dba Pelco Sales and Service, Concord, CA, for the latter to provide construction services to include pumping down the existing system and recovering refrigerant; removing the compressor and draining associated oil; and demolishing and disposing of the existing walk-in combination cooler/freezer in accordance with EPA regulations; install two (2) new Norlake self-contained packaged walk-in units, including the provision and installation of trim pieces and all necessary materials for the pit area, as described in the proposal dated March 23, 2026, attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A, for the Oakland International High School Walk-In Freezer Installation Project, for an amount not to exceed $19,600.00, with the work commencing June 1, 2026, and being completed by June 30, 2026, via Division of Facilities Planning and Management.
