Approval by the State Administrator of Resolution No. 0708-0100 - Award of Bid and Construction Contract to Bay Construction Company, Oakland, CA, for the latter, as the lowest responsive, responsible bidder and rejecting all other bids, if any, to provide contractor services which were not completed with the original General Contractor, to complete the changes, as required by Division of State Architect and in consultation with DSA, completing final phase and allowing for the provision and installation of various other items as described herein in conjunction with the Burbank, Sobrante, Montera, Cox, Elmhurst, Oakland High, Sequoia ADA Projects for the period commencing February 11, 2008 and ending May 10, 2008 in the amount of $110,500.00.
