Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1, Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and Data Sync Communication Inc., Berkeley, CA, for latter to cover the remaining balance associated with upgrading the server from a Dell PowerEdge R550 to a Dell PowerEdge R570, as the Dell PowerEdge R550 has been discontinued, as described in the supporting documentation and identified for the Data Sync Communication Inc – Emerson Elementary School Security Improvement Project, in the not-to-exceed amount of $6,500.00, increasing the Agreement price from $74,000.00 to $80,500.00 and extending the term of the Contract for additional 250 Calendar Days, with completion deadline of September 4, 2026, for the Emerson Elementary School Security Improvement Project. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
