Ratification by State Administrator on behalf of the District of Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Contract with Alembic Support Services, for the latter to design and develop local database pupil assessment systems in an additional amount not to exceed $45,000.00 increasing the current contract from $19,200.00, for the period November 11, 2004 through December 31, 2004, to a not to exceed amount of $64,200.00 and extending Contract period end date to June 30, 2005. All other terms and conditions of Agreement remaining in full force and effect.
