Title: Approval the Board of Education of an Agreement for Maintenance and Repair Services between District and East Bay Glass, Oakland, CA for the latter to provide window repairs; handle large glazing jobs that cannot be completed in-house; and assist Buildings and Grounds in addressing emergency window/glass needs throughout the District in conjunction with the Division of Facilities Planning and Management Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing July 1, 2013 and concluding no later than December 31, 2013 in an amount not to exceed $175,000.00.
