Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of Professional Services Contract between the District and Classroom Matters (Holy Names), Berkeley, CA, for latter to provide services including, extended day support services to identified students in the Title I Program; support services in Reading Language Arts and/or Mathematics; provide standards based instructional tutoring; work with other school staff to present compliant Annual Title I Program meetings for parents; and meet and confer with school classroom teachers in order to plan effective supplemental instruction for identified students, for the period May 2, 2011 through June 30, 2011, in an amount not to exceed $9,375.00.
