Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Architectural Services Agreement between the District and Byrens Kim Design Works, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional coordination for the hazardous material abatement scope; design of new storage tank and new circulation system, in conjunction with the Elmhurst Middle School Boiler Replacement Project, and extending Agreement term from June 28, 2017 through December 31, 2018 to December 31, 2019, for performance of services specified in the Scope of Work, in an additional amount of $5,300.00, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $100,000.00 to $105,300.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
