Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Elena Loera, Oakland, CA, for the latter, as a family resource partner, to provide the following services: 1) support attendance interventions in coordination with the COST (Coordination of Services Team) (approx. 520 hours), 2) provide outreach to families in order to help students and families access other school resources including the Family Resource Center which provides support to families to ensure college and career readiness, and 3) support Bilingual family Resource Center to provide resources to families, support COST interventions, and conduct parent education workshops, at Bret Harte Middle School, for the period of January 1, 2017 through June 30, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $13,000.00.
