Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Environmental Logistics, Colton, CA, for the latter to provide the characterizing of, packing of and disposal of hazardous waste such as flammable liquid, toxic lab debris and other related waste within the District from science classes to Building and Grounds, as required by federal and state environmental laws, via Risk Management Department, for the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $99,000.00.
