Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of Professional Services Contract between District and Barbara Gee, Oakland, CA, for the latter to spend up to 75 hours developing the protocols and tools to launch the pilot Justice Youth Placement Program, including: development of a desk manual that outlines all protocols to be implemented by the Educational Placement Coordinator (EPC), Special Education Resource Specialist and Data Analyst for youth at Juvenile Hall from the time of booking (eligibility screen) through release and re-entry back into school, home and the community; protocols for times when the EPC is not in the office; development of the business requirements for the data system needed to support these protocols and to run weekly, monthly and annual monitoring reports; and identification of data privacy and other potential legal issues associated with this cross-agency collaboration, for the period July 13, 2009, through August 31, 2009, in an amount not to exceed $5,250.00.
