Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Langan Courtney, Mystic, CT, for the latter to provide support with fund development for the District's Refugee/Asylee Program in the form of grant writing for said program, including development of the grant narrative, budget, letters of support from community partners, review and inclusion of supporting data, and grant submission; provide in-home support to the Transitional Students and Families Unit including consultation with existing staff, development program binder and training materials, orientation and training of new Refugee Specialist, update resource guide, liaison with community partners on existing program services including parent education, student enrichment and academic support, summer and afterschool programs and college and career readiness, for the period of December 15, 2012 through June 30, 2013, in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00.
