Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Carter-Kelly Consulting/Lifepoint, Oakland, CA, for the latter to develop parent involvement strategies and provide pertinent information and education for high school parents from Oakland Technical High School. Services will include parent engagement and participation events, gathering information and data from parents, including supporting the gathering of California Healthy Kids Survey (CHKS) data, allying with parents to develop a more ethnically and socio-economically diverse Parent Advisory Council, and encouraging parent presence and participation.
