Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Professional Services Facilities Contract between District and KEMA, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide building commissioning services, including review of the development of a commissioning plan, initiation of construction phase commissioning kick-off meeting, attendance at up to four project meetings, conducting periodic site inspections during construction, reviewing and approving Contractor' s start up plans, writing, witnessing, and approving functional tests, and writing and submitting a commissioning report, with the attached proposal incorporated into the contract to the extent that it is subordinate to and not inconsistent with the contract terms, in conjunction with the Elmhurst Middle School Modernization-Auditorium Project for the period commencing August 12, 2010 and concluding December 31, 2011 in an amount not to exceed $14,550.00.
