Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between District and Sensible Environmental Solutions, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide hazardous materials pre-design inspection, development of HazMat documents, for abatement monitoring and project close out related to rain damages cleanup in conjunction with the Claremont HVAC Replacement Project, in an additional amount not to exceed $21,714.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $15,795.00 to $37,509.00, and extending the contract period of March 10, 2011 through December 31, 2011 to September 5, 2012. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
