Approval by the Board of Education of a motion to Postpone to a Time Certain - Regular Meeting of Wednesday, October 28, 2026 - the District’s 2026-2027 School Year Expanded Learning Opportunities Plan, for after school, weekends, intersession, and summer programs for TK-6th grade students, for a total of 205 days of supplemental out of school time programming for students, for District’s $41,174,339.00 allocation therefor and authorizing the Superintendent of Schools, or designee, to submit said Plan for expenditure of said funds to the California Department of Education (CDE) as statutorily required, provided, a) If the submission date to CDE occurs before the next Regular Board Meeting - October 28, 2026, the Plan is Approved. Or b) If the submission date to CDE occurs after the next Regular Board Meeting - October 28, 2026, the Plan is not Approved, and the Plan is to be returned to the Board for further consideration on October 28, 2026.
