Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 3, Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and Arntz Builders, Inc., Petaluma, CA, for the latter to cover additional construction work, which includes approval of PCO's 49; 56; 76; 121; 137; 142; & 145, each as described in the respective PCO, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the Claremont Middle School Multi-Purpose Room & Kitchen Project, in the not-to-exceed cumulative amount of $440,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount e from $16,260,163.20 to $16,700,163.20, and extending the term of the Agreement by an additional 296 calendar days, from June 23, 2022 through October 18, 2023 to August 9, 2024. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
