Santa Clara, CA, for the latter to provide demolition and site improvement services includes installing and replacing existing play structures, safety surfacing, basketball hoop poles, and chain-link fencing, upgrading the irrigation system and repaving decomposed granite and turf tiles, and other services, as described in the Bid Form Document 00 31 01, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the Martin Luther King Jr. Elementary School Site Improvement Project, in the amount of $576,500.00, which includes a contingency allowance of $53,000.00, as the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, with the work anticipated to commence on July 7, 2025, and required to be completed within sixty days (60), with an anticipated ending of September 5, 2025.
