Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and WildCare, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to provide an interactive scientific assembly to 3rd - 5th grade classes where they will get to interact with taxidermy animals and learn about how animals use our planet, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Garfield Elementary School, for the period of November 1, 2024 through May 23, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $173.40.
