Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and TutorMe Education, Los Angeles, CA, for the latter to provide additional Individual or small group Supplemental Academic Services and monitoring and sharing of student progress data from the services, in the additional amount of $55,000.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of Agreement from $105,00.00 to $160,000.00, via the Special Education Department, for the period of July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
