Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2026-2027 by and between the District and Soccer Without Borders, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide lunch sessions twice-weekly on-campus to over 30 students to develop Social Emotion Learning (SEL) competencies using two distinct curricula: one focused on improving school participation, attendance, and behavior through the context of personal values; the other proven to reduce gender violence and improve boys’ positive relationship skills at Oakland High School, for the period of September 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $14,400.00.
