Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement by and between the District and OpenLiteracy, Pittsburgh, PA, for the latter to provide high dosage one-on-one online tutoring and related services for 60 students participating in 2025 Summer Learning Programs, as described in the attached Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period June 2, 2025 through July 3, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $34,200.00.
