Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, General Services Agreement between the District and Jensen Hughes, Inc, Concord, CA, for the latter to plan check, review construction drawings, participate in meetings, and witness testing for the expanded intrusion alarm system, as described in proposal dated May 6, 2021 attached to this Amendment as part of Exhibit A, for the Claremont Middle School New Multi-Purpose Building Project, in an additional amount of $16,500.00, which includes a $4,000.00 contingency, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $28,000.00 to $44,500.00, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Amendment for same with said Consultant, pursuant to the Amendment. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in fully force and effect.
