Title: Approval by the Board of Education of an Agreement for Architectural Services between the District and Allana Buick & Bers, Inc., Palo Alto, CA., for the latter to provide partial building enclosure investigation and field testing, testing includes a small flood test at the parapet and roof juncture above the afflicted area as well as a spray test of the Portland cement plaster exterior finish, in conjunction with the Lincoln Elementary School Water Intrusion Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, commencing upon Board Approval and concluding no later than December 31, 2016, in an amount not-to exceed $52,050.00.
