Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the District and Alameda County Office of Education (ACOE), Hayward, CA, for the purpose of enabling the Parties to leverage the California Department of Education's (CDE) Inclusive Early Education Expansion Program Grant (IEEEP) for the District's new inclusive early learning classroom construction, facilities renovation, purchase of adaptive equipment in an inclusive classroom settings, and/or provide inclusive-focused professional development as outlined in the District's submitted grant application and as directed by the CDE, and specifically for the expansion and increased access to quality early education opportunities for children with and without disabilities, as described in the "Scope of Services", for the period of October 14, 2020 through December 31, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $2,418,669.00.
