Ratification by the Board of Education of an OUSD School Psychology Intern Agreement and Expectations by and between the District and Divina Rivas, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide special education assessment, counseling services, consultation work, and other tasks requested by the University and school site(s), Westlake Middle School and Urban Promise Academy, via the Special Education Department, for the period of August 3, 2026 through June 4, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $30,000.00.
