Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and The Teaching Well, Oakland, CA, for the latter to design and facilitate wellness programming for educators and staff, including Wellness Circles for 60 minutes a month, an 8 week Clinical Therapy Cycle, and Parent Workshop, each, as described in Exhibit A (Scope of Work, SY 25-26) and incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for MLK/Lafayette Elementary School, for the period of February 2, 2026 through May 29, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $13,354.00.
