Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Joanna Kaplan, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide grant writing and management services including: (1) grant report writing; (2) grant proposal writing; (3) proposal editing; (4) proposal and report research; (5) document preparation (e.g. budgets, supplemental materials for applications, etc.); (6) collaborative meetings for content development, planning, document review and gathering, etc.; and (7) grant submission process (online, hard copy, delivery), via Office of the Chief of Staff, for the period of April 1, 2020 through June 30, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $40,000.00.
