Approval by the Board of Education of Independent Contractor Agreement for Professional Services between District and TRC Inc., Oakland, CA and Aurora ESI, Oakland, CA, for the latter to conduct an initial inspection to identify and map the location of asbestos-containing building material (ACBM); draft complete and updated asbestos management plans for District sites to ensure compliance with AHERA, in conjunction with the District-wide AHERA Inspection and Management Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing January 14, 2015 and concluding no later than December 31, 2015, in an amount not to exceed $280,000.00.
