Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Luna Dance Institute, Berkeley, CA, for the latter to provide age appropriate dance instruction to students and professional development workshops and teacher coaching to build capacity for teachers to provide dance learning activities to Bella Vista and Acorn Woodland Child Development Centers, as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Visual and Performing Arts Department and Academics and Instructional Innovation Department, for the period of October 1, 2020 through May 28, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $23,200.00.
