Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Exzachly Ventures LLC, Walnut Creek, CA, for the latter to provide a needs analysis of the current state of the Early Learning Facilities, both indoors and outdoors, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period of February 17, 2025, through June 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $7,500.00.
