Approval by State Administrator of a Professional Services Contract between District and Higher Ground Neighborhood Development Corporation, for the latter to provide standards-based professional development for teachers, leadership-based professional development for school site administrators and district level personnel, standards-based curriculum development, assessment of students learning and the evaluation of instructional programs, instructional resources to support standards-based visual and performance arts education and physical education at Allendale Elementary School, for the period February 1, 2008 through June 30, 2008 in an amount not to exceed $15,881.00.
