Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and QBS LLC, North Attleboro, MA, for the latter to provide non-violent crisis intervention training to 20 trainers as well as up to 500 site based safety team members, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of October 23, 2023 through December 1, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $12,703.75.
