Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Professional Services Agreement between District and Professional Service Industries, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide two (2) Soil Test Borings at the location of the proposed new Laurel CDC building: first soil boring will be approximately 20 feet deep below grade;second soil boring will be approximately 50 feet below existing grade and disposal of three (3) drums of soil cuttings, provide a detailed liquefaction study and utility location services and perform other services as specified in firm's proposal, attached, and incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in conjunction with the Laurel CDC Building Replacement Project for the period commencing January 28, 2010 and concluding no later than December 31, 2011 in an amount not to exceed $11,690.00.
