Approval by the Board of Education of General Services Agreement by and between the District and ACC Environmental Consultants, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide Basic Services, i.e., a hazardous materials survey for asbestos, lead, PCBs, and other substances, supplemental survey with PCB sampling, and provide abatement oversight and final report during design and construction phase; Basic Services include all work described in the November 10, 2021 Proposal, and the October 25, 2021 Request for Proposals, attached as Exhibit A of the Agreement, for the Santa Fe California Children's Service (CCS) Medical Therapy Unit Project, in the not-to-exceed amount of $23,048.30, which includes a not-to-exceed amount of $3,006.30 for performance of any Additional Services, with work scheduled to commence on February 24, 2022, and scheduled to last until December 31, 2022.
