Ratification by the Board of Education of a Construction Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and Emergency Rooter, Oakland, CA., for the latter to provide construction services which consist of repairs and upgrades to damaged floor drains and outdated sink drains in the school cafeteria as part of the Hoover Elementary School New Floor Drain Upgrades Project, in the amount of $30,920.00, with the work anticipated to commence on May 1, 2025, and scheduled to last until June 1, 2025.
