Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Emma Donnelly, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide English language classes for non-native English speaking parents and caretakers with a focus on enhancing English language fluency for life skills relevant to communicating with school faculty and staff, and helping develop the skills needed for guiding children on a path to academic success for Esperanza Elementary School, for the period of April 13, 2026 through May 27, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $2,625.00.
