Ratification by State Administrator, on behalf of the District, of Professional Services Agreement with Baseline Engineering, Alameda, CA, for the latter to provide engineering services required by the Division of State Architect, including a topographic survey of the front parking area, assisting the District's project manager in coordinating the accessible parking stall layout, providing retaining wall, grading and paving design for two parking stalls, attending meetings with the District, project architect, and the contractor in conjunction with the Joaquin Miller Elementary ADA Accessibility Project Increment III, for the period commencing March 1, 2005 and concluding no later than October 31, 2005 in an amount not to exceed $4,025.00.
